ALARM Technical and Peace Building Centre-Pader (Uganda) is a Christian founded institute. It was started in 2010 by Rev. Dr. Celestin Musekura to provide vocational skills to the former LRA child soldiers & formerly abducted youth in Northern Uganda. The institute is located in Pader Town Council opposite Uganda Police Quarters in Oyutu Village.
It is registered with the Ministry of Education and Sports as a Technical Institute on 6th / October/ 2014 under registration number is ME/TE/115 and has a UBTEB registration number UBT 192 & Directorate of Industrial Training (DIT) number MAC/0804. It is also a member of Uganda Association of Private Vocational Institutions (UGAPRIVI) and a mixed day Institute for males and female students.
The Institute runs formal and non- formal programmes.
Formal programmes ranges between 2-3 years and non- formal programmes 3, 6, & 9 months.
